How to use PopShop?

Step 1: Registration: Register using the phone number and OTP

Step 2: List products: Click on the Sell button in the bottom bar, upload your product images, enter your product details and pick up the address.

Step 3: Add Bank details Go to your profile, click on Settings on the top right corner, go to ‘My Bank Details’, and add your bank details where you wish to receive your payments.

Step 4: Share Products with Customers: When you get an inquiry from customers, just share your PopShop link and ask them to book the order.

Step 5: Accept orders and dispatch the parcel: Once your customer places an order, you will get a notification. Click on the notification and accept the order.


Once your order is packed, mark the order as ‘ready to ship’ in the accepted orders tab.


Download the shipping labels in the ‘Ready to Ship’ tab and take a printout to stick it on the parcel.


Our pick-up agent will come to your pick-up address and pick your parcel.


Step 6: Tracking and Delivery: After your product is dispatched, check your product’s tracking status by clicking ‘Track Order’ in the dispatched tab.
